1. Who receives your request

Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Compare Private Jets. When this policy says “we”, it means Charter Jet One acting for this site.

2. The data in a request

A quote request holds the fields you complete: name, email, phone, and the trip itself, meaning airports, dates, passenger count, trip type, any aircraft preference and your notes. Two pieces of context are recorded automatically: the page that linked you here and any campaign tags in that link, such as utm_source.

No payment card, passport or identity document is requested through this site.

3. What it is used for

• Comparing aircraft and checking availability with operators, so we can answer your request.
• Arranging the flight once you decide to book, including the passenger details an operator needs for its manifest.
• Sending occasional comparisons and offers, only if you ticked the consent box. A single reply asking us to stop ends them.

4. Who else sees it

The operator that would fly your trip receives the trip and passenger details needed to quote and operate it. Providers we rely on, such as our email and hosting services, handle data on our behalf, as do ground or catering suppliers if you ask us to book them. Each sees only the details its own job calls for. Personal information is never sold or passed to advertisers.

5. How long it is kept

Requests are kept while we answer them and, for trips that fly, for as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require. Consent for offers lasts until you withdraw it. Anything no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

6. Access, correction and deletion

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, for a correction, or for deletion. Reply to one of our emails, or add a note to a new quote request saying what you need. We may check that the request really comes from you, and records the law obliges us to keep will be kept.

7. Cookies and tracking

None beyond the essentials: this site runs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.

8. Children

The site is meant for adults planning travel and is not directed at children under 16. A child’s details reach us only when a parent or guardian books a flight for them.

9. Security

Requests travel over an encrypted connection, and only the people handling your trip can open them.

10. Updates

A revised policy appears on this page with a new effective date. Revisions are not applied to information collected under an earlier version without your consent.
